At Life of Homes, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. When you place an order with us, you can expect efficient shipping solutions designed to get your products to you quickly and at a great value.

Efficient Delivery for Large Orders
When you order large items from Life of Homes, we employ LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping services to ensure safe delivery throughout the U.S. and Canada. Your delivery will be scheduled for curbside drop-off, and the shipping company will contact you directly to set up a suitable time. Please prepare for delivery by having assistance available, as all items will be delivered on pallets and can weigh between 35 to 55 pounds.

Keep in mind that the delivery timelines provided are estimates. Once your shipment arrives at the carrier's terminal, they will reach out to finalize the delivery date and timeframe. For optimal communication, please provide the best contact number at checkout. Be aware that if the carrier is unable to contact you within 24 hours of your shipment’s arrival, you may incur daily storage fees until delivery can be arranged. While we aim to assist you throughout this process, these fees are set by the carrier.

Local Pickup Availability
For those who prefer to pick up their orders, Life of Homes offers free pickup from our warehouse by appointment. Our pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 1 PM to 4 PM. After you place your order, we will notify you when it is ready for collection. Please ensure to schedule your pickup at least two business days in advance to allow us to prepare your order.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Life of Homes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return items from your order, we accept returns of non-sample, regularly priced products within 30 days of purchase. To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@LifeofHomes.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return, along with your reason for returning them.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, as we strive to keep our shipping costs low. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. Returns should be sent to our warehouse, as we cannot accept them at our showrooms.

Please note that certain items, including samples, clearance products, and custom orders, are final sale and cannot be returned. Also, keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your delivery, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect all items for any potential damages or shortages. If you notice any issues, make sure to document them with the delivery driver and take photographs. It is vital to report any concerns to Life of Homes within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for processing, as carriers have strict guidelines for reporting damages.

When returning items, they must be in their original packaging and condition. We recommend packaging your return securely to avoid damage in transit. For added protection, using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package is highly advisable, as we cannot provide refunds for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within seven business days.
